Just outside the heart of Nijmegen is the "Waalcamping" on the river Waal. Waalcamping is 2 kilometers from the start on the Wedren and is therefore the closest campsite.
Waalcamping offers a unique view over the Waal and the city beaches that are within walking distance. The campsite is located on the site of the former Honig factory where there is a lot to do in terms of catering, culture and sports and games.
In addition to the beautiful view, Waalcamping offers many extras. In addition to the standard facilities, you will also find blister pickers and masseurs at our campsite, and if you need it, you can also enjoy a nice meal every evening

Waalcamping offers 80 pitches for tents, campers and caravans with power supply at your camping pitch. Parking is free next to the campsite and the Central Station and the city center are within walking distance.
